Vendor Applications

IHRC will accept vendor applications  for the 25th Annual Balboa Park Cultural Days Powwow  for May 10 & 11, 2014. There are a limited number of vendor spots available. Food and Arts & Crafts vendor spots will be assigned on a "first pay, first serve" basis. A space will not be reserved for you without a completed application, full payment of the vendor booth fee, and proof of food handler's card, if applicable.

Food Vendor Application: 
$300 + $100 refundable clean-up deposit, $400 total; Food Vendors may not sell soda or water.

Arts & Crafts Vendor Application
$200 + donation of $25 arts or crafts item(s) for fundraising raffle.

Community Information Booth Application
$50; Information booths are not "first pay, first serve". To the limited number of spaces available, the Powwow Committee will select which information booth applications are most appropriate for the event. All applicants will be notified. Only not-for-profit organizations are eligible for Community Information Booths.
