The Black Crow Project

The collaboration of Indian Human Resource Center, Inc., (IHRC) and Mental Health America of San Diego, (MHASD) is brought to the American Indian community in honor of Alan BlackCrow (Sioux).  This special project is to provide and maintain emergency contact information for urban American Indians under the strictest confidentiality and for official release of information only.
